To submit membership, please complete the membership form below and submit completed for at the next PTSA meeting for a receipt and membership card.  Membership for DECA PTSA is $20 per household.

• Receipts are made available immediately for print with all membership payments that are made online.
• All memberships paid via cash or credit card will require a membership form to be completed.
• Membership cards and receipts will be available for pick-up at all General Body meetings along with supporting receipts.
